Our History

PT. Mustika Princess Hotel was founded in 1990 in Jakarta, based on notarial deed No.123, dated on November 7, 1990 and No. 120 dated on July 11, 1990, of BRAy. Mahyastoeti Notonagoro, SH.

The company was founded by Mrs. Hj. DR. BRA. Mooryati Soedibyo and is a part of the Mustika Ratu Group. The company was directed towards becoming the Holding Company (parent company) in the field of property and hospitality. The company’s pioneer project was Sheraton Mustika Yogyakarta Resort & Spa – of which at that time had the largest ballroom in Yogyakarta and Central Java.

The company has gone from strength to strength with experience, exceeding over two decades of collaboration with Starwood Hotels & Resorts as an international hotel operator. Moving forward, PT Mustika Princess Hotel is determined to develop more hotels and properties across tourist destination area in Indonesia and continue to grow the business in property and hospitality industry.

Board of Directors

Haryo Tedjo Baskoro

President Director

Over the term of his career, Mr. Haryo Tedjo Baskoro has held several leadership position in property and infrastructure construction industry. Among others, his work include; Sheraton Mustika Yogyakarta Resort & Spa, Various toll-roads development in Jakarta, office buildings, etc. Since 2010 to present Mr. Haryo Tedjo Baskoro is the President Director of the Company. He is currently also the President Commisioner of PT. Mustika Ratu, Tbk. a public listed company.

Mr. Haryo Tedjo Baskoro earned Bachelor Degree in Marketing Studies from National University, Los Angeles, USA in 1992 and Master Degree in Business Administration from Leicester University, England in 1999.

Kusuma Anggarini

Director

Ms. Kusuma Anggraini joined PT Mustika Princess Hotel as Board of Director in 2010 after accomplishing years of professional experience in property industry in both Indonesia and Australia. Included in her proven record of  accomplishments are; as a Personal Assistant to Director at Gold Tiger Pty Ltd, Perth - WA and as a Research Analyst at Cushman and Wakefield Indonesia involving in various projects in quantitative and qualitative research and studies on clients properties.

Ms. Kusuma Anggraini graduated from Edith Cowan University, Perth - Western Australia with double degrees in Media Studies and Public Relation in 2005, and also graduated with a Master degree from the same university in Professional
Marketing in 2007.
